Not much, if anything at all is known about the life, work and tragic death of Trevor Herion, he was an Irishman in his mid 20s living in a squat with members of The Psychedelic Furs when he was first discovered as a replacement for the lead vocalist in a band called The Civilians. After the break-up of The Civilians he was to go on to form a band called The Fallout Club. After the dissolve of The Fallout Club, Trevor released a handful of singles and one truly terrific album called Beauty Life in 1983. Sadly a few years later, apparently suffering from severe mental troubles, he took his own life.

  • Used to have this 12inch must have played it over a thousand times at least. Miss the 80's for quality music like this.Shame they haven't released enough materials to gather for an official digital remaster album etc on CD.This is a cult classic emotional electronic tune which should not be ignored.

  • a masterpiece!!!

  • This is so good. i mean it's just really good.

  • Leggendario brano del immortale elettronica primi anni 80!!

  • Does anyone have Trevor's Beauty Life album? I own it but its in storage since I moved to the states. Any chance someone could upload the rest of the tracks. I remember playing the bejesus out of it. Such a fantastic voice. Between Trevor and Billy MacKenzie we lost the two great voices of 80s music. Unlike a lot of posters on YT I actually like the way music has progressed but the 80s always have my heart!

  • @foodafokkarez you used to have a 12 inch? did you get into an accident or something? what size is it now?

  • Another winner ! You are posting such great stuff ! Thanks for that.
