This workout damn near kilt....yes KILT me! A whole mess of modifications. I'm doing a different ZWOW a day, six days a week starting from the first one. I've lost 2 lbs already starting from Monday of this week and NO I have not been good with my diet. Thanks Z....I'll be getting that workout DVD soon...
