Here's a great workout for any sort of conditioning that features a couple of kettlebell complexes, as well as a push up complex, and even some long cycle. Good luck!

  • Id love to go to my local park with my two 16kg's, but they are purple and curved at the stop to help with the rotation coming up from a clean or a snatch. They are my shameful secret :(
