I rode on this train back when Conrail owned it. Had Dinner on the train. The top executives on the RR know how to travel. I did not know the train still existed. I thought it was scrapped when CSX took over.

@text97 They don't use it very often, only for special company events and corporate travel for big events. There are a total of 4 F40 locomotives that can be used to power the train, all of them are former Amtrak locomotives. They are CSXT 9992, 9993, 9998, & 9999 (the latter 2 were only aquired a couple of years ago). Also, most of the cars are in an old B&O paint scheme yet the locos mentioned above are in the new "Dark Future" paint.

Nice looking train...Those units look new..Great maintenance..

Thanks guys for the information. A pair of F40PHs certainly have plenty of power to highball a long business train along the line.

I made a list of CSX F40PH units of the Future:
CSX 9990
CSX 9991
CSX 9994
CSX 9995
CSX 9996
CSX 9997

Amtrak 390 = CSX 9992
Amtrak 395 = CSX 9993
Amtrak 280 = CSX 9998
Amtrak 288 = CSX 9999

Those F40PH diesels look good in the CSX scheme!

Jack, I'd assume this location was made off limits by the water company too as of today?
WTF is a business train? Is it a train CSX execs travel around on?

Thats is correct. Most railroads have a business train, or OCS train... (office car special)
