  • are the beans pre-soaked or cooked?

  • Hello!

    These beans were just rinsed. Presoaked beans will cook in as little as 3-4 minutes and dry, non soaked can cook in 12 -15 minutes depending on the type of bean. It is amazingly fast and you can have bean soups on the spur of the moment even if they are not pre-soaked.

  • This was such an easy recipe. Prep time is minimal, yet the flavors tasted like I had spent all day cooking. The best part is that I only used one pot to cook everything. Perfect for people who enjoy healthy home cooked meals, but don't have all day to spend in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing.

  • The whole meal could have been cooked at 15 minutes under pressure with 1-2 cups of liquid. Great demo!

  • what do you think of some white wine in there? 

  • if you go to the fissler store for this recipe it says to use 6 to 8 quart pressure cooker. The pressure pan you are using is only 4.5 is this safe?
