Jill Ovnik, Vegan-Gal.com:
"Plants are the source of it all. Again, think of the largest and strongest animals on our planet: Elephants, and Giraffe, and Gorillas, and Horses. and Camels, and Oxen, and Buffalo.

These are vegetarian animals growing to thousands of pounds, with plenty of muscle mass -- on the plants. And, it's a slower, gentler growth.

You know, Japanese people have a traditional diet of rice and vegetables. After World War II they started eating more meat. Well in just 100 years look at what's happened. Girls would get their 1st period at 16 ½ years old and in just less than 100 years its down to 12. The hormones in all this stuff ... I mean we're robbing our children or their childhood.

Children are physically aging and maturing much faster. Now who wants that?"

  • sure we can put a lot in our body... bugs, dogs, napkins.... the important thing to know is what is the BEST fuel for our body? If one can move towards a whole foods plant-based diet, then real health, energy and vitality is going to be the prevailing result! Don't believe? Try it!
