I wondered if this would turn out to be the same song that the Chartbusters, a group based in Washington, DC, did in 1964, and as someone has also pointed out, it is the same song.

@rslitman - I always thought it a bit strange that the label on the Keyes record says it was written by them yet the Chartbusters version came out two years earlier. I need to find my Chartbusters 45 and see if it lists the composer. I've discovered other groups that have done the same kind of thing...same songs but different titles and composers. One example is an instrumental on an album by the groups "It's a Beautiful Day" and "Deep Purple"...both claim it as their own compositions.

Best song the keyes ever done. I saw them do it live in the 60's and it was just as good.

I can't agree it was better than The Stones verion, which if one of the 5 best stones songs but I will agree that the Alphagbetical Order's version is quite good as is dDel Shannon's kickass version and Wayne Gibson's. This one isn't as good as The Chartbusters either, but I like the different take on the song.
