The Elijah / Elisha Cycle: Prophet or Echo Part 2

1/22 Viernes Noches de Fuego en Orlando / Kissimmee / Poinciana ~~ Friday Nights of Fire!! 1/22 ~ This week we will be speaking on the topic of Prophet OR Echo!
In I Kings 22:7-14 there is a stark contrast between the King of Judah and that of Israel. While the King of Judah was seeking God, the King of Israel was seeking a FAVORABLE WORD! It is not all that different in our day! there are pastors that seek a FAVORABLE WORD and will reject, criticize or deny the Word from the Lord! It is no wonder that many churches today are as the passage would go on to say, sheep without a shepherd... but we will save that for next week.

What i want to dwell upon this week in our series on the Elijah / Elisha Cycle is this!

Are we seeking the PROPHETIC or just an ECHO??
Are we seeking to HEAR FROM HEAVEN or a FAVORABLE WORD??
Do you Need to Know what OTHERS ARE SAYING or SIMPLY WHAT GOD SAYS?

For LEADERS, Where are you LEADING those who are FOLLOWING YOU??

~ The Kings messenger said that all the prophets gave words of victory, so please... speak favorably! ~ the text reads "Look, as one man the other prophets are predicting success for the king. LET YOUR WORD AGREE WITH THEIRS, AND SPEAK FAVORABLY."

Sounds like COACHING to me, I would rather be LED BY THE LORD than COACHED BY MAN, wouldn't You??

What word will you give, the Echo or the TRUTH! Be a Prophet Not an Echo!

a change in atmospheric conditions,
a change in emotion,
a change in passion...
