Tara Sutphen - Akashic Records Guided Meditation
Explore Information About Past Lives, Dharma & Earthly Purpose
Every thought, word and deed from every lifetime you have ever lived is recorded in
this mystical library.
You ask questions about your past lives and past loves, your dharma and earthly
purpose.
You'll have to listen to both parts uninterrupted, so to avoid having to get up, just save the 3 videos to your playlist and hit "play all."
I didn't mind back-tracking so much, although that was a little upsetting. What I didn't like was being given only one question to ask and then being prompted at the last minute to ask more. I just went ahead and asked a series of them as they came to mind.

Is this supposed to guide real projection to the akashic records, I felt I had a vivid experience but I wasnt actually outside my body. Nonetheless I got answers from the crystals... they weren't incredible but they were instant and absolute, they seemed to come from deep with in my own consciousness..
Also I thinkt the experience would be more intense if it didnt backtrack, as said below. I have them in a playlist so they could go seamlessly minus a short pause if edited correctly.

I did exactly what the video said to do, and after about 10 minutes of meditating, I saw a bright flashing white light right above me and my eyes were closed. Also, my brain felt like it was opening up. I don't know what that means, but It was pretty intense. This was my first attempt, so I'm looking forward to doing more meditating. Thanks for the videos!

I agree with ShadowKnight805. I was truly with the meditation. When it just stopped I was thrown out. When I finally found the next part, I wasn't sure then that I could re-enter where I had been. Then, we Part 2 began way back in the meadow...there was no way: it was too jostling. It would be nice if the parts could be set up to autoplay in succession without requiring the meditator to backtrack. It was like regressing; really negative.

The back track jolted me out of it. I didn't want to do whole parts over....
