  • Ya heel striking is BAD and took me several weeks to unlearn my bad technique and learn the proper way. I believe all of the bad running i did over last 10 years damaged my ankles too, i sprained the left one 3 times in one year! so now (as i always should have been) i'm conscious of every step i take when running and pay strong attention to how my feet land, posture...all that stuff...ya i though my past technique was SO good...ya right! now i can run my full hour..i know i know, not much haha

  • it's POSE running. It is actually FAR more efficient that what is considered normal. You can go a lot further with less energy. It is also much lower impact.

  • guy at 1:26 was decent

  • Most of thse runners have horrible running form!

  • Terrible you are all heel strikers!
