An imporant part of your auto insurance policy is your Liability Bodily Injury policy limits. Virginia law mandates a 25,000/50,000 minimum liability policy; however, there are few to no situations in which that amount of liability insurance will be adequate to cover expenses associated with injuries sustained in a car accident.
