this is the second, more elaborate version of the first armwrestling training exercises vid. these exercises are much better and a lot more armwrestling specific. the ones if the first vid are more broad but still useful. I got some of these from larratt. make sure to watch the first one if you havent already.

some of the exercises in the first one were very good, but not included in this vid: wrist curls, dumbbell preacher iso hammer hold, tricep press and skull crushers.

  • damn my gym aint that fancy lol.....i find that in fancy gyms theirs a lot of wana be type of people....anyway how much u pay a month or what are the prices? i just singed up for a month ima have to renew my membership so ill get a half a year membership for 90 bucks not bad

  • @bloodyhungarian123 90 bucks for half a year is pretty damn good for a public gym. Most of the gyms where i live hover around 50-70 bucks a month. This gym is the gym at the country club of fairfax, and it doesnt cost anything extra. It is a bit fancy, but they dont have hardly anything, no free barbell/squat rack. dumbbells only go up to 70 lbs, and its really small. i dont go here anymore cuz i have the gym at george mason university where im a student

  • @lolmmmol its a good thing you dont go to that piece of shit gym even if its called that lol....oh word nice so is there a time limit in how long you can workout or you can go there anytime?

  • @bloodyhungarian123 yeah i can go and stay there for as long as i want, no time limit. in the summer before college, i went to a gym called olympus. it is definitely one of the most hardcore gyms out there. they have absolutely EVERYTHING. there were several bodybuilders that went there. its just that it wasnt that clean or fancy at all, trashy lookin, but honestly who gives a crap. And it was only 10 bucks a month. those expensive places are overrated and overpriced

  • @MrGratz123xD I believe it was a 60 lb dumbbell. You wanna pick a dumbbell heavy enough to where you might only be able to get 1 rep is you fully extend your arm. This vid is two years old and i do these with either the 80's or the 85's
