The statute of limitations for a particular debt CAN be reset so it starts over! Make sure you don';t make a mistake with your credit.

  • We had a zoo of these soulless bottom-feeders calling us for a bunch of old expired accounts from the former owner of our phone number. After reporting them to the feds and the state board, we looked up the people they were looking for and warned them. They didn’t know squat about their rights, but they know plenty now and the filth at NCO will never see a dime. Hey, you tip your hand, you get it slapped!

  • Thank you very much Brent. I voluntarily returned my Miata in the year 2003. Now suddenly a collection agency is after me for $14,000. Do i owe this and does the statute of limitations have a bearing on this ? thanks alot . 'sort of panic'd here. The loan was made in north Carolina but i now live in Hawaii.
