I wonder how long you can exposure with this mount compared to the HEQ5 Pro?

I haven't really tested the scope with my DSLR, but from what I did with my point and shoot I went as far as one minute with a slightly noticeable star trail.

@25TriggerHappy It is not the Celestar 8" anymore discontinued.It is now the Celestron SE8"GOTOComputerized or the CelestronStarBright XLT SGT GOTOComputerized or CGEMmount.You decide which GOTO you like the SGT CG-5 Advanced mount shown in this Video/Audio or the CGEM Mount which is more expensive & does not perform much better than this CG-5 GT Advanced mount.But,it is a matter of preference what Mount you desire for your Celestron C8" XLT StarBright.Remember the CGEM mount is also $800 more!!
