Second in a series of specialk vids I will be posting for each Sunday of Advent .
Today is the second Sunday of Advent the lighting of the peace candle .
The choosing of a song for this particular Sunday presented an especial difficulty . The first Sunday of Advent was really easy to find a song for , since the theme was 'hope' and that's basically the underlying theme for all of Advent . But for peace , the only songs I could think of were songs for Christmas proper ! Finally , I settled on 'Breath of Heaven (Mary's Song' as I was trying to come up with an Advent 'peace' song , and it was playing in the car - I suddenly realised that a suitable song had been right under my nose ! (the song had been on repeat) It works for the peace theme , since it shows God's peace being given if you ask for it even the most trying of circumstances . ^^
