主料:鲜芦荟辅料:银耳、果珍粉、枸杞调料:柠檬汁、冰糖烹制方法: 1、将银耳泡发后加入冰糖和水上锅蒸半小时,芦荟去皮切块,过开水略煮捞出过凉备用; 2、柠檬汁中加入柠檬味或橙子味的果珍粉、白糖搅拌均匀,将芦荟放入调好的柠檬汁中入冰箱冷藏腌制一小时,银耳围在盘边,放入腌好的芦荟,点缀上枸杞子即可。特点:酸甜可口,冰凉爽滑。
