  • Oh. Hm. Well, I'm a 14 year old girl and I run 1:03 on the 400 and under 14 on the 100. If you want to make it to the Olympics you're gonna have to go online, find some workouts, or maybe try long distance. Generally people have fast twitch or slow twitch muscles and people with the slower twitch muscles do better on longer distances. I do both cross country and track, if they have those options at your school, I'd recommend taking them.
