These floggers are males that love inflicting pain and wounding other men. Human rights abuses in Singapore are commonplace under the current regime.

@sandye2100 i am neither a child or naive i did some research on inter >_> and i actually live in singapore so i know the law, if the male offender is not physically capable of enduring the punishments or is over he age of 55 or something? dont critisize me for that >_< he will have a longer jail sentence

That way, everyone is happy..the caning is turned on the volunteers instead. Criminals are happy too.  so no more bickering about flogging criminals.

@YANGatheart Absolutely. I also think that since there's talk against inhumane flogging of criminals, there should be a new ruling inserted to allow volunteers to stand in for flogging instead to take the criminals' place.
