that's not really hard, i don't have a really strong abs but i still can do it easily (i got two packs from doing this............good to try)

This exercice is great for iliupsoas and rectus femoris. The abdominal muscles do not flex or raise the legs at all. They cant, since they have they have their insertion in the pelvis and their origin in at the lower ribs. Not even the obliques or the transversus muscle will get any training. If you want to activate the abdominals you have to flex your torso, to do that you will have to raise your legs much higher.
I recommend that you at least check out wikipedia before deleting my comment.

honestly ur head looks ridiculously small compared with your body, it looks kinda freaky....

im taking this advice from one of scooby's videos and i find this works well for me. He says to have a good diet and do more cardio to burn the fat in the mid section.
