Helen Keller could have written and performed a better song than this. Ventura Highway is an example of a good song about something local. This song should be called We Are Baltimore County or perhaps We Are Outside the Beltway. Baltimore is not about Towson and shamelessly contrived cornball anthems. Ellen Cherry should be making the declarations, and the minorities should be singing the song.

Ellen Cherry has played some real big venues, has been invited to gigs all over the USA, and has garnered many awards for the brilliance of her work. This commercial was nominated for an Emmy so I guess I'm not the only one who thinks it's truly superb!!!

I am usually very hard on slogan songs,.... BUT I LOVE THIS ONE! Its nice that FOX did a song about Baltimore that makes a body proud. I would not mind seeing this song replace the tired old Official Baltimore Song we have had for way too long. Yeah thats right I love this song!
