  • i'm guessing this video is very old one before general choi developed "sign wave" anyway, it's good they explain the new moves of the pattern. i will practice by watching other modernized video, but i learned how to perform those moves from this video. thanks

  • This is the original form of ITF Tae-Kwon-Do and if anyone has studied it knows that originally in his youth Gen Choi Hong Hi learnt Taek Kyon the acient art of foot fighting. Later he studied Karate in Japan and attained 1st degree black belt. These techniques, together with Taek Kyon (foot techniques), were the forerunners of modern Taekwon-Do.

  • thank you so much for posting this!

  • this is old, karate is very similar, to me looks like karate, but modern itf is much better

  • Exactly the way I learned them in the mid 60's from Master Park in Bangkok.

  • @Cricket667 thecj29 is kind of right though, lol. The music is hilarious.

The video's good for learning the moves and stuff, but again, the music is hilarious.

  • thecj29 If you can not appreciate the beauty of Martial Art's then keep your mouth shut!
