@hiphopmazterz no. you dont lock your arms in a back handspring, otherwise it will most proberbly either fracture your elbow cos it wont stand the power so it ill unlock itself or you will dislocate your shoulder.. :| bad advice kidder :)

You need to push off more... Like when your hands hit the floor you need to really push off, and don't listen to them, you can't lock your arms or you will get hurt that what my coach said. You need to slightly bend them so it gives you more room to push

just be sure to keep your hands up, your arms in your ears, your legs tight, and keep your body hollow. your also not arching very much. you can fix your arch by working a back bridge everyday.

Lift your hands up after your legs have gone over and straighten yourself up, then you'll land standing.
