This game is about racing dots through a maze (and nothing else). The game in question is Dotstream for the GBA, and this is the first level in the final series of levels in the game.
One major improvement would be to use the invinciblity in the middle mesh area instead of using it to bypass the moving blocks. The problem there is you then need to be psychic about the block positioning, or else you bleed away a lot of that gained time in missing the turbo pads and dodging blocks (never mind the possiblity of actually hitting one).
Game seems very linear ;-)
