Dude, if you run a jack from the output in the back striaght into your recording jack of your computer, and use audacity or the likes to record, then you will remove the pretty bad hiss you have there. You can get a step down to a standard size jack from practically any electronics store.

I was planning on making a demo with realtime playing, i only plan of using the sequencer when i need something repetitive. This was my first day with the Poly-800. I mearly did to test out a few things...And yes, I like the hiss. I was hoping that people who come here are not expecting "audiophile" quality sound.

very good demo, I'm loving the lofi quality, it ads a very nice character to the sound, and the pedals are a great addition.

This guy is clueless anyway. I'm guessing he likes the hiss! The Poly-800 is a pretty good keyboard for it's era. I've used one for years. This guy is an embarassment. He should get rid of the effect pedal, shut off the sequencer and play something real-time. Then maybe I'd be impressed!
