Does this piece require a four and 1/3 or 5 octave marimba? And terrific job with the playing.

I agree with mosurla. When you do want to play with rubato, it needs to reflect the phrasing of the piece, not just slowing down when you need to take more time to hit a note. On that note, (pun intended), holy crap notes!

It's nice but... Your tempo is too irregular
the piece must be singing but not rubato, isn't it?
And the forte nuances aren't enough accentuate.
You must work this piece better!
However, it is not an easy piece so I congratulate you for this performance :-)

Very nice :) I was looking for a recording of how the piece sounds before I buy it and seeing you play it almost makes me scared to buy it! You played it very well!
