In this video I go over the configuration of the bicycle. It has two bike racks bound together and batteries clamped on the side with tow straps and bottom support. The lighting system runs off one 12V battery is series directly without any fancy conversion to a 110V inverter 100 watts. One battery could power this very bright $6 light for 8 hours alone. 4 Battery chargers charge 6 batteries to help keep them balanced and charge fast!
why do you have your brakes mounted on the bike backwards? (im jsut asking all these questions as I'm building an E-Bike in a couple weeks and I want to know any potential problems I may have.

I'm not sure about torque arms - surely the motor axle it'self is free to spin - it just means the bold will stay in the same place

really you should get a proper light solution and it would be perfect, LED is the best technology ever. have a look at what they use for high-power lamps nowadays.

I wiped out 2 years ago when my suspension gave out when I was using a wussy 400w brushless motor. Ditch the suspension forks and get good strong steel forks!
