  • thank you for you kind words. It's the greatest feeling in the world to know that I've been fortunate enough to help so many.

  • don't tell them your age. you don't have to, you know?

  • if you think it will be impossible, then it will be impossible. I would suggest you change your thinking to be more positive. add up the skills you do have and then seek employment based on those skills. I have more interviewing help at job interview tools.

  • slow down your rate of speech and that will give interviewers more time to digest what you are saying, even if you have an accent.

  • I do not find that this is good insight. Most interviewers want you to expand on your experiences using situations and results you produced. I would warn anyone to use this smart-ass answer at the end about "making my managers look good." If someone said that to me, I would automatically throw their application in the trash.

  • I've been interviewing candidates for over 20 years and I assure you these are excellent techniques. Now of course you need to say it with the right voice inflection for it to work. Giving just a monotone "I----make ----- my ----- managers ----- look ----- good" ---- just isn't going to cut it. I've personally known many people to use this answer and land the job. But like I said before, the magic is not just in the answer, but the delivery. It needs to be delivered with enthusiasm. cheers

  • It's actually really hard to make these videos for you :-) You wouldn't believe how many times I have to reshoot them. Even though I don't have the budget of a movie studio, the content is excellent which is all you really need. Enjoy!

  • He is reading what he is saying..

  • I just had a panel interview with six interviewers (all with PhDs). Watching your videos ahead of time helped me craft different draft answers in my head and I got in even though the competition was pretty tough looking.

  • @DarkSim64 , ditto

  • The best thing is to bypass the company/interviewer and go directly to the people that are going to pay you, the customers :) And there the tips this Mr. is giving you are also valuable.

  • The exaggerated part of job interviews is that they take it literally and created another task in getting job that THE REAL PRIORITY IS THE WORK ITSELF. The MOST IMPORTANT ROLE FOR THE COMPANY'S EFFICIENCY IS PRODUCTIVITY, LOYALTY and KNOWLEDGE BY A MANPOWER - NOT THE MOUTH ITSELF. Damn, I'm a multi-tasking & multi-level worker that I don't get a job because of this newly crap interviews.

  • I like it too sir! I hope it could give me better chances in my future job interviews. God bless people like you and i hope more people can be helped through your help. (",)(",)

  • The standards for an interview are stupid. They are always the same EVERYWHERE. It makes me feel like the employers don't want to know who you ARE, but just want to know who can act the interview standards the best. Someone who is a bit socially awkward like me can never get a job, especially if I have to get through this resume + interview bullshit.

Sorry for this comment, I'm just getting depressed cause I got a degree, sent resumes eveywhere, even shitty jobs, and still can't get an interview

  • @DGeorgevich

    "the content is excellent"

Well we'll be the judge of that. To be honest it seems, you're just regurgitating whats already readily available, nothing special here. Might be helpful for those that get completely lost in panic or are going in for the first interview. So good job buddy.

  • شكراً جزيلاً

    thanks a lot
