Well, technically it was Sophie who picked out the "Tiger Festival" name...

@magnificentchasto Asbel is the one who came up with that name. Since Sophie's clueless about many things, she tends to mimic others a lot, so she only repeated it afterwards when they were looking for a false name for Richard. By the way in the official manga, Asbel is the one who starts calling Richard "Tiger Festival".
