I'm tired of vegetable purists telling me why I enjoy "fake meat" products. FACT IS it is not easy to get the nice savory flavor of something smoke cured into a block of tofu or a chopped up carrot. I can't spend all my time cooking, and after 4 years of not eating meat I am tired of salads.
As for your comments on eating less real meat, I am behind you 100%......
