Well, with the Chinese one I can understand it. Cos I am chinese. But the Korean is equally nice, just that I am able to understand what is the song's meaning in the Chinese version.

well, what happened was

Siwon, the robber took the girl -the polices gfriend- hostige.

Some other police officer shot and Siwon shot Hankyung -the police officer-

But they were friends when they were little, so Siwon got a heart transplant from Hankyung.

He sees the gfriend and starts to get memories from Hankyung

In the end, he tells her the truth
