yes i am like you all.. i love susan harris and the old workouts i still have them after all these years.. she really got my body sculpt. after 3workout for me and my body looks and feel good.. my arms look good my butt and tummy ..(i was lookin like her body in the video..loll

This is a great work out. It's in my normal rotation. It surprised me when i first got it how challenging it really is. I do lift more then she does in it. The triceps push ups in it are killer.

Susan Harris is an awesome instructor! I STILL do the original Firm Volume 1 and 4... and Upper body parts. I love her energy and clear instructions.
