After Effects of My 1st Bentonite Clay Treatment

I just wanted to share what the process of the Bentonite treatment was and a couple of things I noticed the day after the treatment. I used Aztec secret Indian Healing Clay

You know, I noticed that too! At first I didn't notice that it loosened my curl pattern, but when I did my nighttime routine, I noticed that my hair was a LOT longer (it was hanging out the back of the stocking). But I don't care either way.

But your hair looks very soft and moisturized! :)

@CurlyCrazyfulLeah hey!! it's been almost a week since I did the treatment and my texture is still different! I'm actually liking it now :-) I haven't washed my hair since then but my wash day is Saturday. I'm guessing that my curl pattern will return but IDK cuz it was the 1st time. I'll update though :-) thanks for watching!

i had the same experience with the bentonite, looser curls. i did it 3 or 4 times when i was 4 to 7 months natural. i bought some recently to try again, cos i remember it left my hair so so soft! :)

@louloumatou hey, well I'm gonna keep using it though I don't really like having looser curls. other wise, it's a keeper! Hope your revisit works out :-)

@redraf04 the effect was temporary though (the curls loosening), what puts me off is all the prep an messiness, but will use it after i use miss jessie's products to clarify. your hair is looking all soft and shiny!

I agree with you. It loosen up my hair texture alot.

It made it much straighter. I love the effects.

But when I tried to put it in afro it seems like it was

to soft..lol So I knew my Great Remedy of getting my Fro Back

which is Shampoo it. My hair love to Drink all the water up & it gets

back in its kinky state...
