The main point of the video was to show their beginnings (eg. Lucy getting shot, Mariko being released.), and to show the death and silencing of Lucy's biggest victim, Kouta's sister (Hence, Enjoy The Silence).

Anyway I prefer Depeche Mode's version the best but Lacuna Coil did a good job in making it sound very different and unique.

Dude, I love the whole match of this song with Elfen Lied, but the cover that It Dies Today is much better than Lacuna Coil's. I love Lacuna to, but I'm gonna stick with the metal version.
