A video that I edited for the Cycle For Gambia project ( see http://cycleforgambia.org ). Enjoy - or better still, please make an online donation! Cropped to 4:3 to better fit the CFG homepage. I did not shoot the original material in Cyprus :-( but if I had, I'd have done the sound a bit better! My favourite video trick was to freeze the action below the red strap as Sunil was wobbling his knee about the whole time. He did very well though - it was his first ever "piece to camera"!
