There is a running injury out there that is a little taboo for many people. Most people don't know it exists, and most runners don't know it exists until they up their mileage. I nearly fell victim to this injury today. Then I remembered to lube.
Do you want groin chafe? Nipples to rub right off? Other more sensitive areas red and throbbing with no skin? Solution - vaseline. Lube often, lube thoroughly, and lube publicly.

FYI tmi! I have a horrible case of jock itch from a minor chaif... Stop it while you still can!

Have you guys heard of body glide, I read some reviews on it today and people say it is hands down the best thing for chafe. Either way do you only have to lube at the beginning of your runs, I only do between 4-6 miles when I do run. But i have found myself to be very prone to "the enemy" below.
