  • Bradman was a matchwinner. Many sporting commentators believe he is the greatest athlete across all sports of all time. Statistically, he has dominated cricket batting more than any other sports greats in any sport.

  • Do some research before disrespecting the greatest batsmen cricket has ever seen. Bradman had to face many great bowlers. Bowlers with bowling averages comparable to our greatest. 7 times Bradman made the only century in the test. That proves he didn't make all his runs in easy conditions.

  • hes not that good the only reason he has lots of runs is cuz before the bowlers use to stink, if tendulkar was at that time he would be better. ps. just letting u no tendulkar is a better batter than the so called"the don"

  • You know what would happen these days if The Don was around? With covered batting roads i mean pitches? With todays short boundaries? He would bat. And bat and bat and bat and bat. As would Wally Hammond of England... Batsmen today are overpaid, spoiled and lacking in technique. Oh.. they may be a bit fitter, but thats all. But then, they dont have to play timeless test matches these days either, nor 8 ball overs. And no Im not some 90yo either who thinks everything was better then.
  • TheSangamo1 you are such an ignorant fool.

Bill Lawrys words 'take the averages of players back then and ADD 10, thats about what theyd average NOW'

    Bradmans footwork was exquisite.

    His timing was divine.

He never hit in the air.

You think captains back then were FOOLS?

As for CFAN - pace of bowlers? Sure but back then they were 3 yards CLOSER to the batsman when they released the ball... Think about the back foot no-ball rule.

And i think 140 -150KPH is the same now as it was then.

  • how can you compare bradman from 60+ years ago to batsmen today it was a totally different game back then and if he did play today he would adjust to modern conditions and pace of bowlers etc, he didn't have a perfect adelaide belter to bat on like they often do today either, he scored those on uncovered wickets which were often difficult to bat on. Once a legend always a legend, He was so far out of the league of the other greats from his time, ie, Len hutton, Dennis compton etc..

  • Hey guys... Dont ever compare this player with recent cricketers.. See his foot movements and timings... Still y u people are telling him as legend??

He is Just a crap. Even some recent domestic cricketers are better than him...

  • i just wish i could've been there to see him play.

  • fastest hundred ever and the highest run rate ever in a test match

  • name of the last song plz?
