  • Worry more about doing the best you can and having fun.

Win or loss, you'll know that you did the best you can.

  • @allenparkrunning Way set bar bro! its definately not about winning, but if you are having fun, you will be relaxed and if you are relaxed then you will be swifter if you are swifter, you will incure more challenges to find after breaking your own personal records(PR's in your case 12.66). Want to get faster?watch this vid 1 more time and go run a few hills really hard, but warm up accurately of course

  • @mariolikescheese

That's good for your age and weight. I'm 15 and can run 12

  • see i never actually found out how to sprtint properly until i was odler, i wish someone told me all this when i was young, it would have helped me so much in sports

  • you do realize that's faster than the world record, so no one in their right mind should believe you right?

  • mannn i went ta the fsu winter track camp they told me the key to walter dix was he did so many repititions of block starts

  • Hey sorry to burst your bubble but your mile is probably not accurate because that would be a world record. And I have a feeling that you don't train 6 or more hours a day like the world record holder.

  • Yea, everyone is built differently. Some people extremely differently.

  • There's probably someone out there faster than him.. he just got publicized hehe

  • i ran a 3:43:.11 mile last night, afterwards my legs were toast and i wont be able to run again for at least a month.

  • wooooooooaaaaah. they shouldn`t be lifting there head until about 30m down the track not 5-10m, they should still be driving and having there head down. but if this is 4 younger athletes who don`t have enough strength to drive that long, its understandable but for middle school or high school and up, they should be driving longer than that.
