@cyc3chip California is hopeless they keep electing people who want to give free handouts to the illegal mexicans and tax tax tax the business till all the business leave. I lived in California a few years and had to go. They don't know California is part of the USA not mexico over there. They take care of the illegals while the people of America support them.

This is truly about regulating commerce - one of the proper roles of government. The problem comes when government officials morph from directing or regulating traffic to controlling or prohibiting traffic. Regulating traffic or commerce means to make traffic or commerce regular. Too many laws that controlling traffic result in the inhibition of regularity, and are destructive of freedom, liberty, and prosperity.
