You guys have really cool looking city layouts/architecture in your country.
I bet you were happy to turn every corner and see almost empty sidewalks. =)

You're a very likeable fellow. It just goes to show that social anxiety is irrational and an illusion created in one's own head.

Awesome. You know, I found out through the years that people really don't pay attention to anyone else, they simply don't care what you do or who you are. (in a good sense of course). It's interesting, since many people are so self focused.

not received any reply from my last comment, maybe you categorized me as a spammer? dont know...
Anyway, to repeat myself in a different way, you will not experience quick progress IMO unless to associate what you fear to pleasure, your brain has to be trained, rewired, refocused on what pleasure comes with what you fear
because currently, most of it is just pain so your brain has a like a huge wall preventing you to make solid and long lasting result, hope this help

very well done
Nicely done. :)
I'm curious... since the anxiety comes mostly from the fear of people seeing you holding the camera (in other words, from doing something out of the ordinary), is the idea to expose yourself to any kind of potentially embarrassing situation or any situation that draws attention to you?
I'm asking because for me it would seem to make more sense to do exposures within more "normal" human interaction situations. I haven't done CBT myself yet so I don't know.

The idea is just to keep putting yourself in situations that make you anxious. Breaking the cycle of avoidance and eventually getting used to it. If by normal interaction you mean talking to people, yeah I have to do that too.
