Did you know that Utah has a greater ratio of bilingual and multilingual speakers of every language in the world than any other population on earth? All minor languages and dialects such as Creole (English and French), Tagalog, etc., and every major language is spoken.
Ayumi probably gave some local Utahans the opportunity to brush-up on their Japanese.
It helps w/education & tourism. Millions of foreigners visit yearly. I didn't know about the attraction until I moved to Utah.
