Part 2 Hempology 101 Cannabis Contest 2008

These cannabis contests have been held in Victoria since 2000, entertaining participants and spectators alike. The contests are designed to encourage the creation and development of cannabis art, music, poetry, and culture. We have had a belt for the joint rolling champion for 4 years now, making the title of champ even more prestigious. The audience is able to participate in the contests in several ways, trying out the smoking devices and smoking the joints as well as being the judges. Though the cheers that picked the winner may give some the impression the games are more like personality contests, it does help draw others to the event that hear the constant yelling in the park. Thanks to everyone to participated in the games, helped cheer on the contestants or otherwise helped out the event. Congratulations to all the winners.
