@BillSteer99 Yes that helmet is a joke, but allows him to have better downward view.

But your third point? A shot to the head, namely the side of the head where protection is lesser than the front? In the NHL? The shot went right above his ear, sending him off balance, deafening, and hurting like all hell. I took a 66 mph shot to the head and had to sit out for the rest of the period cause I couldn't refocus. I hate the Red Wings, and hate Osgood, but that shit hurrrrrrtsss.

@Twelvestones92 well for one, I wouldn't wear that piece of shit helmet osgood wore. That thing looks like shit and makes him look uglier than he already is. Second, that helmet sucks, and he should've chose a better one. Third, I'm a man, not a wuss like Osgood, and no matter what helmet I wore, I wouldn't have been crying like him.

@BillSteer99 Just have to say, I highly doubt you could take anywhere near that velocity of shot to the head without being shaken up. In fact, I'm confident you've never taken any puck to the head while wearing any type of mask. I have... even the "slow" shots make your ears ring. One at this velocity would be truly disorienting, Osgood was lucky it glanced off of his mask instead of taking it full on.

I think its funny how many people hate the red wings and when they defend their hate they play the "they cheat" card.Stop being pissed that we have 11 Stanley cups and been in the playoffs more than I care to count. Red Wings suck? Bad seasons? That only makes me laugh. And to address the whole "band wagon" thing from below, since when has people switched teams for Wings?
