Some and maybe most low end bikes from Bianchi are still made in Italy.

All of the Italian frame builders have the lower end frames built in Taiwan. Only the top of the line frames are built in Italy. So if you want an Italian frame, gotta by the top of the line. Taiwan frames are generally very high quality though.
