I don't think this video makes Carter look bad at all. He gave reasonable answers.

He gave reasonable answers to the first batch of questions. But when he was asked about building 7 while he was signing the books his response was "huh?"

Actually, I think he could hear the questions very well. In case you didn't notice, the first questions were asked to him roughly 3 to 5 feet away. He answered those questions very cleary. But when he was asked about building 7, he made like he couldn't hear it. That's a load of bullcrap considering the fact that he answered the first few questions with clear answers.
