hahaha those r NOT cadets... they are midshipman at the naval academy. and the kids drilling in the yard were high school students there for a visit, not midshipmen. the people drilling them were midshipmen at the academy.

well just for everyones information Annapolis is the true "Naptown" its short for Minneapolis but some jerk rapper stole it, and there is history to back it up because the "Naptown Convention" was held in Annapolis and there isnt even a NAP in Minneapolis. i just felt like saying that
