It is a 12 hour model. They were made from a basic 992B which is a 12 hour movement and 24 hour wheel instead of a 12 hour under the dial reduces it to a 24 hour hand rotation. The second hand and minute hand do a standard rotation.

Nice relic of WWII, would be a shame to part it out. Dial is 12 hour, does it keep 12 hr time or 24 hr time? It might be the wrong dial for the movement. A 12 hr movt with a 12 hr dial could be rare I've only seen 24 hr models of these.
