FALCON CREST: Angela's Eviction from Falcon Crest; Season 7 Finale

My all-time favorite scene with Jane Wyman from FALCON CREST. And with a classic line that in my opinion defined who Angela was.

After Chase Gioberti drowned in the San Francisco Bay at the end of the season 6, his will was read in season 7, which had 3 codicils in it. The first codicil was to be opened 3 months after the reading of his will. The second in the event his wife Maggie would marry Richard Channing, which she eventually did that season. The third was to be opened 3 months after her marriage to Richard Channing.

At the reading of the 3rd codicil, Chase gave Melissa Agretti, Angela's sworn enemy, a key to the destruction of Falcon Crest and Angela. The letter read:

Melissa,
In your hand you are holding the key to Angela. It was given to me by my father, who as you know, disliked Angela intensely. Legend had it that this key would be the downfall of the Gioberti fortune. As a Gioberti, you can understand why I had no interest in pursuing it. Melissa, as the mother of my grandson, I am giving you the means of destroying our greatest enemy. Use it. - Chase Gioberti

Melissa found a deed that proved that Angela's grandfather cheated her own grandfather in a poker game and that Falcon Crest was really hers and not Angela's. So in the second to last scene in the season seven finale, Melissa has Angela removed as the self-appointed Queen of the Tuscany Valley. This scene is her eviction from Falcon Crest.

ANGELA: You won Melissa. But you won't have one night in this house without wondering what I'm up to. And, believe me...I'll be up to something!"

I TOTALLY agree that this scene from the Season 7 cliffhanger is my favourite as well, and the "....and BELIEVE me, I'll be up to SOMEthing" line DID totally define Angela. Thank you SO MUCH for posting these Falcon Crest clips, do you have any footage of the FIRST episodes of Season 7, where Angela and Richard first find out they are mother and son?

I loved the scene when Angela and Chao Li break in to Falcon Crest and into Angela's old safe all dressed in black with caps and looking like burglars, to switch the documents showing it to be fakewhile paranoid Melissa goes nuts. So many clips on YT but most are in foreign languages.. Be nice to see longer clips in english... Thanks for posting these !
