okay kate so you hit your landlady and she falls down the stairs. then you strangle her. there is no forensics at that time or anything, just pretend she died of natural causes. some people might be suspicious but　you could just "get away" with it! what kind of sick twisted mind chooses to tore the body into pieces?! this is some real sick labor to distill the fat out of body.
