  • Why can't we just try legalization to see how it goes? People must be either too wrapped up in their twisted moral ideals or just too stubborn to try something new. And for some strange reason, when it comes to alcohol, people bypass their logic. It's obvious that criminalizing drug use doesn't stop people from using or obtaining drugs. Making drug users criminals does nothing to keep them off drugs, and results in a massive waste of money on the jail systems.

  • People should be free to use whatever substance they want, so long as they don't harm others in the process.

  • my indian witch lady would be out of work if drug companies took over all drugs.

  • Drugs are not even legal or decriminalized at the the Federal level. Only at the state level. The federal level has too much power.

  • How did this get on FOX News? They're the biggest hypocrites of all time.

Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich were the only people who wanted to end the war on drugs. The black and hispanic communities are the ones who get thrown in jail the most.

  • Pharmacy created "addicts" are only breaking into pharmacies because of the monopolies behind Pharmaceutical drugs maitaining high prices. Patents cannot be gotten for meth, coke, pot, or heroin. This would allow for more competition and lower prices. This arguement needs work to hold water, if it can at all. Oxy is legal but prohibitive pricing will lead to problems. Look to the rest of the drug war for your proof. Lower prices lead to lower problems. Freedom is easy to comply with, but laws...
