Speed bench day against some heavy band tension. First three sets are full range of motion against 4 pairs of mini bands (~360 lbs of added tension): shown is my sixth set with the bar (~405 lbs at the top), 95 lbs bar weight (~455 lbs at the top), and 135 lbs bar weight (~495 lbs at the top). Afterwards, I dropped back to 2 pairs of folded mini bands (~180 lbs of added tension) and did 4 board presses with a closer grip. Shown is my third and final set with 275 lbs bar weight (~455 lbs at the top).
